WEEK	TOPIC
1	Mandatory • Pick up a copy of the Company Case Studies booklet (can be picked-up on Monday at the Golden Hotel reception desk) • Download the week-1 files (Syllabus, Week-1 slides, Case analysis tools) • Review the “Case Analysis Tools” quiz!! • Read the Haier case quiz!! • Join 1 of 5 teams (5 persons per team) and choose a case that you want to present Voluntary (but highly recommended) • Establish a "working" Internet connection for your notebook/PC (see what we discussed regarding the Great Firewall of China) • Make a Chinese friend • Print plenty of business cards (most printing shops on campus and nearby should have ready-made templates with the OUC logo)
2	• Review the lecture slides of week #1 and week #2 • Read the Haier case study material (3 articles)
3	Mandatory • Review the lecture slides of week #3 Voluntary • Think about questions that you might want to ask during the Haier excursion, particularly in connection with the Haier case study that you read in weeks #1&2
4	• Review the lecture slides of week #4 (only the "Consumer Behavior" part. We will cover the "Chinese Luxury Consumer" part in week #5.
